Fried Spinach

This is a dish I tried last weekend with pam while we were out and
about. As the title suggests it is fried spinach. It is literally
leaves of spinach quickly fried the salted and sprinkled with Parmesan
and lemon. Suprisingly good. Crunchy sort of like potato chips.
Welp, this is my first attempt at an update from my phone. We will see.
